The brand was founded by Natalie Ang-Sawlani, a mother who sought effective, steroid-free relief for her son’s severe eczema and sensitive rhinitis.

With her vision clear and after extensive research, Natalie partnered with a dedicated lab in Singapore to develop Gentle Therapy’s core range, using oats, ceramides, and rich lipids as the foundation of the brand—ingredients known to soothe, repair, and restore the skin’s natural barrier.
Consciously formulated with premium ingredients and non-tacky texture, the products were created specifically for the needs of sensitive skin in humid, tropical climates.
Each formulation is HSA- registered, undergoes rigorous testing, and is crafted to bring long-lasting relief to adults, kids and babies who face skin sensitivities.
